These terms cover your use of this website, which is run by WebProCMS ("we", "us"). By browsing the site, contacting us through it, or using any feature we make available here, you agree to what follows. We have tried to keep it short and readable. If you do not agree with it, please stop using the site.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, share, and link to anything we publish here. In return, we ask that you do not:
- Break the law, or use this site to help anyone else break the law.
- Try to reach accounts, servers, data, or areas of the site you have not been given access to.
- Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the site or the network it runs on — including automated scraping heavy enough to degrade the site for other visitors.
- Upload or transmit malware, or anything else built to interfere with how the site works.
- Impersonate someone else, or send us information you know to be false.
- Copy substantial portions of the site to republish as your own.
We may suspend or block access for anyone doing these things, without notice.
Accounts
If you create an account on this site:
- Give accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep your password and other sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access to it.
We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms.
Membership plans
Membership plans renew automatically — monthly or yearly, as shown when you subscribe — and are charged to the card you gave until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
You can also pause a plan from your account for up to 3 months, during which you are not charged.
If a payment fails, we will email you and try the payment again. If it still cannot be taken, your plan may end.
Invoices
Invoices are due by the date shown on them. Where an invoice asks for a deposit, the deposit is due first, and the rest as the invoice states.
Recurring invoices are sent on the schedule we agree with you. We never charge your card automatically: you pay each invoice yourself.
Proposals
A proposal sets out the work we offer and its price. When you accept a proposal by signing it on this site, you agree to that work and price, and to any terms the proposal includes.
If a proposal shows a date it is valid until, it can no longer be accepted after that date.
Once you accept a proposal, we prepare an invoice for it.
Courses
Course access is personal to you. Do not share your sign-in, or copy or share the course materials.
Appointments
You can reschedule or cancel online, from the link in your confirmation, any time before your appointment.
If you cannot make it, please cancel or reschedule so someone else can have the time. We keep a note of missed appointments.
Affiliate program
Partners in our affiliate program earn commission, at the rates we set, on qualifying sign-ups and purchases by the visitors they refer.
A referral counts for 30 days after the visitor follows the partner's link.
If a visitor follows links from more than one partner, the most recent one gets the credit. A purchase made with a partner's discount code is credited to that partner.
Commissions are held for 30 days before they are approved, so that refunds and cancellations can be taken into account.
We may refuse or reverse a commission we believe was not earned fairly, and we may change the program's rates or end the program at any time.
Content we publish
Unless we say otherwise, the text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use, and quote or link to them with attribution. Without our written permission you may not republish substantial portions, resell our content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Content you send us
If you send us something through this site — a message, a form, a file, a comment, or a review — you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store it and to use it for the purpose you sent it for: answering your question, fulfilling your request, or publishing something you asked us to publish. You confirm that what you send is yours to send and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
Support requests
We answer support requests as soon as we can, but we do not promise a response time.
Only attach files you are allowed to share, and leave out passwords and payment card details.
Electronic signatures
Some documents and forms on this site can be signed electronically. By signing electronically, you agree that your electronic signature is as binding as one written by hand.
Before you sign, we show you a disclosure. Your consent covers only the document or form you are signing, and receiving it and its records electronically.
You have the right to a paper copy of anything you sign, at no charge. Contact us to ask for one.
You can also download or print a proposal or contract from its page at any time.
You can withdraw your consent at any time before you sign: do not sign, and contact us to sign on paper instead. Withdrawing does not affect anything you have already signed electronically.
To sign electronically, you need a device with a current web browser and an internet connection. To keep a copy, you need a working email address or a way to save or print what you sign.
To update your contact details, such as your email address, contact us.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it always is. Prices, availability, specifications, hours, and descriptions can change or contain errors, and we may correct or update them at any time without notice. Nothing on this site is professional advice for your particular situation — please contact us so we can respond to your actual circumstances.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to websites we do not run. We include those links because we think they are useful, not because we control or endorse what is on them. Once you follow a link away from this site, these terms stop applying and the other site's terms and privacy practices take over. We are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We try to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including features you use — at any time, and we may take it offline for maintenance.
Answers from our chat assistant
Our chat assistant uses AI to answer questions. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional advice or a binding offer. Please check anything important with us before you rely on it.
Do not send the assistant passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information.
The site is provided "as is"
This site and everything on it is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any defect will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we had been told such damages were possible. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
Privacy
What we collect when you use this site, and what we do with it, is set out in our privacy policy. Using this site means you also accept the data practices described there.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or about this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The version on this page is always the current one, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so it is worth checking back from time to time.
