Version, health, uptime, errors, CPU, database and disk usage, SEO score, accessibility score and traffic for every site, plus a per-install error report when something breaks.
Push updates
See who is behind on updates at a glance and push an update to any install from the fleet head. Every release is signed and delivered over the license channel.
Staggered windows
Schedule backup and update windows per server so sites never all run at once, and cap how many runs a server takes on at the same time.
Reports that arrive without asking
A weekly digest of the whole fleet: which sites are behind, which are burning CPU or filling their disk, which have lost SEO score, which are failing accessibility, and how much traffic each one took. Plus alerts the moment a site goes down, comes back, or starts erroring across the fleet.
Preconfigured installer
Generate an installer from the fleet with zero fields to fill. Install WordPress, upload the zip, click Install, and the new site enrolls itself.
Provider-held backups
Backups with off-site copies held by a provider, so a client site can be restored even if its server is gone. A snapshot is also taken before every update for one-click rollback.
Broker AI to your clients
Your fleet head can serve AI to every site you manage, on your own provider keys. Clients get the assistant, translation, the chat bot and image generation without ever holding an API key, and usage lands on your dashboard so you can see who is spending what.
Reports go where you say
When you add a site to the fleet you decide who its website report, SEO alerts and weekly accessibility report go to: only you, only the client, or both. Change it per site later from the same screen.

How you onboard a new client

Install WordPress on your server
Provision a fresh WordPress with its files in a public folder. RunCloud is the tested reference; Forge, Ploi, Cloudways or any VPS with PHP 8.4 works.
Download your installer
Generate the preconfigured installer plugin from your fleet dashboard. It already knows which fleet the new site belongs to.
Upload it and click Install
The plugin reuses the WordPress database, downloads the verified build from webprocms.com, and swaps folders. The old WordPress is kept restorable.
The site enrolls itself
The new install checks in to your fleet on its own and appears in the installs table with its version, health and uptime from the first check-in.

Every build is verified before it is placed. A package that fails verification is refused, not installed.

A pure-PHP package engine does the whole update. No git, no composer, no node on the client’s host.
Snapshot first, rollback in one click
A pre-update snapshot is taken before any file changes. If something goes wrong, roll back from the dashboard.
Maintenance measured in seconds
The maintenance window covers only the changed files, so it is typically seconds, not minutes.
Install windows in local time
Pick the hour, in the site’s own timezone, when scheduled updates are allowed to apply.
