The installer is a throwaway WordPress plugin. Set up a fresh WordPress on any VPS-class host, upload the plugin, and click Install. It reuses the WordPress database, downloads the verified build from webprocms.com, and swaps the folders. Your old WordPress is kept restorable.

Four steps to a running site
Provision a fresh WordPress
Create a new WordPress site on a VPS-class host. RunCloud is the tested reference; Forge, Ploi, Cloudways or any VPS also works. Install WordPress in a folder named public and point the web root at that folder.
Upload the installer plugin
Download the plugin zip below. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the zip, and activate it like any other plugin.
Click Install
The installer reuses the WordPress database, downloads the verified build from webprocms.com, and swaps the folders. The old WordPress is kept restorable, so you can go back if you need to.
Add your free license key
Create a free webprocms.com account to get your license key. Paste it into Settings → Updates & License on the new site, and saving and signed updates are switched on.

What happens next
When the install finishes, the dashboard is ready. Here is where to go first.
Follow the setup guide
Settings → Setup asks what kind of website this is, creates the starter pages for it, and turns on the add-ons that fit. Then open any page under Pages and click Edit to start shaping your content.
Pick a theme
Themes bundle pages and branding. Choose a theme and variant under Design → Theme, make it yours, and export it as a zip to reuse on your next site.
Try it with demo data
Tools → Seed Demo Data fills the site with sample blog posts, content types, forms and navigation so you can explore the builder with content in place. Delete it from the same page when you are ready for real content.
