• Prospecting: a new "Audit their website" button reads up to 40 pages of a business's site and writes the talking points for your outreach video — one line per problem it actually measured (an expired certificate, dead links, leftover template text, a number that isn't tap-to-call, missing service pages), with the proof, then your offer line.
• Prospecting: the site audit only says what it can prove. Anything it couldn't check is noted as that, spelling is checked on English pages only, and a site's translated copy, login pages and pages hidden from Google don't pad the list.

• Translation tools can now find and fill copy that was never translated at all — contact forms, FAQs, products, menus and site chrome — which previously reported as fully translated.

• Media uploads from the dashboard and from the REST API now run through one shared code path, so the file-safety checks that protect an upload — the image size limit and the SVG sanitiser — can no longer drift apart between them. Uploading itself is unchanged.

• The membership signup page now shows a single monthly/annual toggle above the plan list, so three plans no longer read as six near-identical rows when someone arrives at the registration page directly. Annual plans show the per-month equivalent and the saving.
• Fixed a media library save that could fail outright: installing a theme whose media includes a non-image file (an SVG logo, a PDF or a video) would abort with a database error instead of saving the file.
• Adding images to the media library from an import, a seeder or a script is now more forgiving, so a partial record no longer fails with an unhelpful error.

• Switching your header or footer design now carries your saved settings across to the new design — nav colours, button labels and link targets — instead of starting over from the library defaults.
• The Templates page now warns when a header or footer button has no destination, naming each dead button by the label visitors read.
• Every member account page now shows the signed-in name, email and a Sign out link, and the Directory's My Listings page gained its missing account-nav link.
• Signing in now lands on the member dashboard and shows the signed-in header right away, instead of keeping the logged-out header until a reload.
• The Directory's member listings page is now hidden on installs that don't have member accounts turned on.
• Renaming a page's URL no longer drops that page out of guest page caching.
• Terms acceptance records no longer capture page furniture — a breadcrumb separator or an unfilled page-title placeholder — alongside the terms text.

• Member sign-up, sign-in, password-reset and verify-email pages now open with your site's page-title band and breadcrumb, so they match the rest of your site instead of standing alone.
• The sign-up form lays its fields out two per row, which keeps a long form on one screen.
• Removed the duplicate logo that sat mid-page on the sign-in and verify-email screens — your site header already shows it.
• Sign-ups now record which version of your terms and privacy policy each member agreed to, and that record shows on their agreements page.

• The member account area now lines up with the rest of your site — the content column matches the width of your header and page title instead of sitting narrower and off-centre.
• On the account home, subscriptions moved to the top of the page and the cards now sit in two even columns on desktop.
• On My Tickets, the account tabs moved to the top of the page so they match every other account screen.

• Signup polish: when someone arrives having already chosen a plan, the heading and intro now match what they see, and the "See all plans" link is centred under the card.

• Signup now focuses the plan the visitor clicked. Arriving from a pricing button shows just that plan with a Monthly / Annual toggle and the annual saving in dollars, instead of the whole plan list with one highlighted — the other plans are still one click away under "See all plans". Someone who arrives without picking a plan still sees the full list.

• Fixed: the signup form showed stray text next to the Name field, and the field was treated as mandatory even when the site had not asked for that. Only affects sites updated to 1.4.87.

• Signup can now collect a business name and a phone number, and you can make the name field mandatory. All three are optional per site — turn them on at Memberships → Settings. The phone is sent to Stripe too, so it appears on your customers' invoices and receipts, and a business name creates a matching company in your CRM.
• The name field is no longer labelled "optional".
• Fixed: the "opens in a new tab" arrow no longer appears on links to your own pages — only on links that actually leave your site.

• Signup now says "Create your account" above the email and password fields, instead of "Your account" — which read as though the visitor already had one.
• Removed the "Already have an account? Sign in" link from the payment page. Everyone there has just signed up, and clicking it during payment abandoned the purchase.

• Signup now asks members to agree to your terms of service as well as your privacy policy, and both links point at your own pages. Set the terms page under Settings → Privacy & Compliance; leave it blank and the terms link is simply left out.
• Fixed: the new-tab arrow told screen readers "Link to external site" even on links to your own pages. It now says "Opens in a new tab", which is what the marker actually means.

• Fixed: Stripe checkout was failing with a server error at the moment a customer tried to pay. Stripe retired a setting the checkout relied on, so every card payment through the built-in checkout stopped working — shop orders, invoices, donations, bookings, restaurant orders, event tickets, courses and membership plans. Payments work again as soon as this update is applied.

• Fixed: membership plan checkout now collects sales tax automatically, matching how the shop's subscription checkout already worked. If your plans are sold through Stripe with tax enabled, the tax is applied at checkout instead of being skipped.

• Two new page-builder rows: Slider Content Split puts your text beside an image carousel, and Slider Case Cards gives you a scrollable row of cards for case studies or worked examples.
• Image sliders now honour the cropping and shape settings the row asks for, so screenshots and tall images are shown in full instead of being cropped to a letterbox.
• Fixed the hidden-scrollbar styling on card carousel rows, which previously left a scrollbar showing under the cards.

• Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages now show their body text at a comfortable reading width, lined up with the page heading, instead of stretching the full width of the page.
• The Generate button on Settings → Privacy & Compliance now finds your privacy policy page — on most sites it previously reported that no policy page could be found.

• Fixed: when two of your sites share one Stripe account, they no longer act on each other's payments. A subscription or an invoice payment now only settles on the site that started it.

• Links in your page content that open in a new tab now show a small arrow, so visitors can tell they are leaving your site. Switch it off at Design → Colors.
• Fixed: the account area no longer shows links that lead to a Page Not Found. The My Account tab, and the sign-in page a client is sent to from an emailed invoice, project or ticket link, are now hidden or redirected when the matching feature is turned off.

• Stale page-editor preview files are now cleaned up automatically each night. They previously built up without limit — a small site could accumulate tens of thousands of them — and were copied into every backup snapshot, inflating both disk use and backup size.

• The dark mode, View Website and Get Support buttons now show in the top-right corner of the Media Library — they were being hidden behind the page.
• The Media Library's file details panel now starts below those buttons, so a selected image is never covered by them.

• New "Pricing Sidebar Two Across" row: an explainer sidebar beside two side-by-side plan cards, with a Featured corner ribbon and Buy buttons pinned to the bottom of each card.
• New Flip Left and Flip Right entrance animations, available on any row from the Animation dropdown.
• Header dropdown menus now sit flush against the header bar at any header height, including headers that shrink as you scroll.
• 57 design library rows that painted their own Light Alt band now follow the colour you set on Design > Sections.
• The pricing toggle row's plan panels are now visible against a near-white page, and its Monthly/Yearly switch is larger and easier to hit.

• Fleet monitoring: a recurring error alert is no longer silenced forever after the first time it fires — alerts now un-mute after 30 days, so a problem that comes back is reported again.

• Nav links can now use your own colours. Each navigation in the header and footer editor has a new Link Colors section with a Hover Color and a Current Page Color, so menu links no longer have to follow your primary colour.
• Fixed a pricing row that could make plan bands look like faint cards on dark backgrounds.
• Fixed an update failure: installs with certain older styling saved could stop partway through an update with a database error.

• Fixed a page editor bug where merging two paragraphs of text left the merged-in half a slightly different shade, giving you a two-tone paragraph you could not fix from the editor. Pages already saved that way can be repaired with the new "content:sweep-editing-artifacts" command.
• Fixed analytics counting the site's own internal page renders as visits, which inflated page view counts.
• Rebuilt the "Pricing Toggle with Billing Terms" row so each plan is a full-width split row — name, description, price and button on the left, a features card on the right — instead of three narrow columns that squeezed the feature lists.
• The D1 footer design now takes a full-bleed background photo, sized responsively so phones do not download a desktop-sized image.
• Added four new design library rows.
• Fleet now shows when an install has already been nudged to update, so you do not nudge it twice.
• Fleet error reports no longer collapse every database error into one entry — distinct errors are now listed separately.
• Refreshed the admin dashboard translations.

• The Fleet dashboard's install list now sorts by 30-day traffic instead of last check-in, so acting on a site no longer bumps it to the top of the list. Sites reporting no traffic keep check-in recency as their order, and the Last check-in column header still sorts that way on request.

• The third client status added in the last release is now called Inactive rather than Former, matching the word billing systems already use for a client you are not billing at the moment. Anyone already marked Former is carried over automatically.

• Clients now have a Former status, alongside Prospect and Active, for someone you used to bill and don't any more. Previously anyone not currently active showed as a Prospect, which read as a lead to chase rather than a past client. Importing from WHMCS sets it automatically: closed and inactive accounts come in as Former.

• Site health no longer flags out-of-date translations that the daily check has no way to repair on its own. Those are now listed separately on Settings > Languages, which explains what to fix.
• Content left behind by a row you deleted from a page is now cleaned up properly instead of lingering out of sight.

• Invoice line descriptions can now be as long as the work needs. They were capped at 255 characters, which was fine for short hand-typed lines but too short for a full description of a job — and on a WHMCS import, an invoice with a longer line was skipped entirely rather than imported.

• Client Billing can now import from WHMCS. An hourly sync mirrors your WHMCS clients, invoices and hosting services into your own dashboard, so you can move billing across gradually and let clients pay on your site while the old system keeps running. When you are ready, hosting invoices generate here instead, with guards that stop anyone being billed twice during the changeover, and payments taken here are recorded back in WHMCS.
• Invoice emails can now go to the client, to the client and you, or only to you — which sends you a copy and leaves the invoice a draft for review. Recurring invoices can email you a copy each time they generate.
• Recurring schedules gained three longer billing cycles (every 6 months, every 2 years, every 3 years), an optional label, and a per-schedule days-until-due override.

• Memberships: a license server now accepts free account signups without picking a paid plan, and pricing links that arrive with ?plan= preselect that plan on the register page.

• Colors, Spacing and Public Site Dark Mode saves now reach visitors right away. Those pages were only clearing the logged-in view, so cached public pages could keep the old palette for up to a week.
• The Colors page now refuses a color it cannot build a shade ramp from, so a typo or a cleared field can no longer swap your brand for a fallback color.
• The Colors page is quicker and fully keyboard accessible: swatch clicks no longer wait on the server, every input has a label and shows its contrast ratio, and leaving with unsaved changes asks first.
• Public pages now start their scripts in small slices after the page loads, so the main image paints sooner and slower phones do less work up front. New on/off switch at Settings, Caching, "Staggered script start-up".

• Added Fable 5.1 to the AI model picker, plus a custom model ID option for advanced setups.
• Sped up page loads: the header logo now paints first, web fonts load after the page is ready, and the mobile menu no longer causes a layout shift when closed.

• The accessibility scanner now grades the wording your visitors actually see. Where a page held two stored copies of the same field, it could check the copy that never renders — flagging a problem that wasn't there, or missing one that was.

• Faster dashboard and page editor — a broad pass removed repeated per-row database queries across the editor, content items, shared rows, CSV imports and the feature modules.
• Public pages now load their main image sooner, so below-the-fold scripts and styles no longer compete with it.

• Dashboard loading spinners no longer light up for unrelated actions. Each one now tracks only its own button.

• The SEO scanner no longer reports broken links for URLs built from shortcodes, such as a map directions link.

• Clicking an image in the page editor now opens the media library on that image's own category instead of the first one.
• The image you are replacing is preselected and scrolled into view, so its details are ready to read straight away.

• Image cropping gains a custom offset: choose "Custom offset…" under Object Position and nudge the crop anchor by percentage, so a photo can sit just below the top edge instead of snapping all the way to Top or Center.
• Resetting Object Position or Object Fit now also clears the values set for larger screen sizes, instead of leaving one behind.

• Dashboard translations: repaired about 2,600 entries across 14 languages that were showing text belonging to a completely different setting.
• Dashboard translations: restored explanations that had been silently cut off after their first sentence, dropping the rest of the guidance.

• The AI chat bot now matches your pages against the visitor's full question rather than the shortened keywords it searches with, so it finds the right page more often when someone describes a problem in their own words.

• Site search now groups result pages by what they are and leads with an exact name match.
• The Snippets page no longer says a page-builder snippet applies to "All pages" — those run only where you place them in the editor, which the Scope column now says.
• New installs ship the example Google Analytics snippet under the Analytics consent category, so it waits for consent on sites that turn Cookie Consent on.

• Fixed calendars showing the wrong month when viewed on the 29th, 30th or 31st — this affected the online booking form, the venue availability calendar and the events calendar.
• Site search now lists a page under its real name, with its parent pages shown above it — a page called "Networking & Phones" no longer appears as "Services Networking Phones".
• A page that also has a service, event or other content record behind it is now listed once in search instead of twice.

• The "Click to enlarge", "Decorative image" and "Lazy Load" switches for an image now appear on that image's own panel in the page editor, clearly labelled, instead of being hidden under Advanced as an unlabelled "Show on page" switch.
• Contact form name, address and repeater fields, event RSVP forms, the ticket picker and the comment box now lay out against the space they actually occupy, so side-by-side fields stop stacking into a single column on the live site.

• Form fields set to share a line — First Name and Last Name, for example — now do so on the live site instead of stacking full width; widths follow the form's own width, so they also stack properly when the form sits in a narrow column.
• Any image on a page can now be set to open full size when clicked, from the new "Click to enlarge" switch in the page editor (photos and media spots alike).
• Customizing a shared row for one page now carries that look through to its child pages, so a section and its sub-pages stay in step.

• Links in the page editor now have a Link Color picker, under Typography in the design panel, with separate light and dark mode swatches — no more hand-editing the Classes box to move a link from your primary color to your secondary.
• When a link's hover color is just a lighter version of its normal color, changing the color now updates the hover state to match; a hover color you deliberately set to something different is left alone.

• Page editor: the row sidebar no longer prints raw template code under a Heading card when the heading falls back to the page's own name.
• Page editor: the row sidebar no longer shows a bare "/" under a Breadcrumb card — a breadcrumb builds its trail from the page URL, so it has no preview text of its own.

• Settings reorganized: General had grown to hold five unrelated things and now keeps only the visitor-facing ones — dark mode, accessibility, spam protection, coming soon and maintenance — on a single row of tabs instead of two.
• Cookie consent now lives on Settings → Privacy & Compliance, next to the privacy policy tools it belongs with.

• The affiliate Conversions filter now lists every kind of conversion: course purchases, event ticket sales and performance bonuses were being recorded but could not be filtered for.
• A health check that fails inside the updater itself can no longer pause a healthy release for every site — only a fresh, independent check is trusted to report a failure.
• Extra script sources configured for an install now take effect when given as a content hash, instead of being accepted and silently ignored.

• Product photos on shop product pages now use the responsive image pipeline, so a product page loads a correctly sized, modern-format image instead of the full-resolution original.
• Dashboard text that changes with a count ("1 page" / "5 pages") is now translated in every language, using the plural forms each language actually distinguishes — including all six Arabic forms.
• Dashboard translations refreshed across all 30 languages.
• Automatic translation no longer rejects correct work in languages that punctuate differently from English, such as Urdu, Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Korean, Chinese and Japanese.
• Translated meta titles and descriptions are now held to the same length budget as the English originals.
• Event pages are served straight from the cache, so they load faster for visitors.
• New users are invited by email and set their own password, instead of you typing one for them.

• New "Live chat agent" switch on any user — put whoever you like on the live chat team, at any role, instead of needing a special one.
• New per-user content type access — give someone a login that manages only your job listings (or any one type), and not your pages, your other content types, or the type's settings.
• The "Agent" role is now "Staff": an employee whose dashboard access is exactly what you grant them on their user.

• Visitors can now ask the chat assistant to put them through to a real person — and it only promises one when somebody is actually at the keyboard. Switch it on at AI → Chat → Settings → "Talk to a person".
• New Live Chat console at AI → Live Chat: see who is waiting, take over the conversation, reply, and set yourself available or away. An on-screen badge and chime alert you the moment someone asks.
• When nobody is available the assistant says so plainly, hands over the phone and email you published, and offers to take a message instead of promising a person who isn't there.
• Optional email and text alerts for handoff requests, for when nobody has the console open — both off by default, and capped so a single visitor can't run up your text bill.
• New Agent staff role for people who answer chats but should not be able to edit the website — the live chat console is the only dashboard page they can reach.
• Restoring a backup now brings the database structure up to date automatically, so an older snapshot no longer leaves the site running against an out-of-date schema.

• Maps no longer show an "API KEY REQUIRED" watermark. The service behind several of the map styles ended free access and began stamping that across every tile it served, so all map styles now draw from a different provider. Nothing to change on your site — your chosen style keeps working, and hiding place names now works on the light and dark styles too.
• Search results are no longer pushed down the list just because a product hasn't been added to the smart-search index yet, which could scramble rankings while the index was still building.
• The Search settings page now tells you whether the smart-search index has caught up, instead of only showing how many passages it holds.

• The store header's search suggestions now lead with the products that match every word you typed, so a run-together product name or a plain-word search surfaces the right product first instead of a loosely related one.

• Shop search now understands the words shoppers actually type: run-together product names ("pro comfort max" finds ProComfortMax), part numbers with or without dashes, category names, and product option and spec values all match.
• A searched shop grid is ranked by Best match (name hits first), with the store's normal sort restored the moment the search box is cleared.
• Products gain a Search synonyms field (Shop → Products → edit) for the plain terms, nicknames and misspellings that never appear in a name — indexed for search, never shown on the site.
• New in Shop → Settings → General: generate search synonyms with AI for products that have none, either on for new products or as a one-off pass for the current catalog (uses your configured AI provider).
• The store header's search suggestions now find a product when every word matches, even when the exact phrase does not.

• Shop search now matches every word you type rather than the exact phrase, so "pro comfort max" finds "ProComfortMax" and "attends large" narrows to the Attends products in Large.

• Shop headers: the header search bar now takes shoppers straight to the shop page with their search applied — the same grid with category, price, tag and attribute filters, counts and sorting — instead of the plain site-search results page. The typeahead suggestions keep working, and the site-search page still handles searches for pages and articles.

• Fixed: very small images (under 100px wide, e.g. thumbnails imported from an old store) showed as broken in product grids and galleries in modern browsers; they now display the original file.
• Pages built before 1.4.31 whose list or shop layout includes a search box are repaired automatically on update, so the box's placeholder text and styling from the layout apply again.
• Fixed: a gallery layout's lightbox setting is now honored as the default for that gallery.

• Fixed: the search box in the shop layouts (and the list layouts that include one) ignored the placeholder text and styling set in the layout, always showing a plain "Search…" — the sidebar shop layout now reads "Search within these results…" as intended.

• Sidebar shop layout: sub-categories now open directly beneath their parent category in the list, and the column scrolls with the page instead of inside a clipped box, so the selected category and its sub-categories are always in view on a large catalog.
• The shop's in-page search box now says "Search within these results…" to make clear it filters the current results rather than searching the whole site.

• Shop category filters now browse a nested catalog level by level: pick a top-level category and a second row of its sub-categories appears (and so on), each pill counting its whole subtree, while categories with no products no longer show a pill.
• Fixed: a link to a sub-category (for example from the navigation or an old-site redirect) showed the whole catalog instead of that category's products.
• The Sidebar Filters shop layout is now the store default for new shops and lists categories as an indented tree in a sticky left column; on phones the filters fold behind a Filters button so products stay above the fold. Existing shops keep their current layout — switch under Shop → Settings.
• Price ranges, tags, and product attributes in the sidebar shop layout are now checkboxes, so shoppers can combine several at once (for example two price ranges); each price range shows how many products it holds.

• WooCommerce sync: a long import can no longer be joined by a second scheduled runner (it now holds the pass via a heartbeat), customers are imported before orders, and every order is linked to its customer's member account — including orders imported earlier or placed as a guest with the same email.

• Shop fixes for large, nested catalogs: the category filter bar now shows only top-level categories (each count includes its sub-categories) instead of every category, and the storefront cache is cleared automatically when a WooCommerce import pass finishes so new products appear right away.

• Shop → Settings has a new WooCommerce tab: connect an existing WooCommerce store and import its categories, products (with variations and images), orders, and customers — then keep them in sync automatically while you build. Product categories can now be nested under a parent, and filtering the shop by a parent category includes its sub-categories.

• The floating accessibility button is now OFF by default and no longer appears on your site unless you switch it on at Settings → General → Accessibility Widget. If you had already turned it on there, it stays on.
• It helps individual visitors read a page, but it does not change your accessibility score — so it is now something you enable where a client wants it, rather than something every site shows.
• You can still preview it on any page while signed in by adding ?a11y=contrast to the URL, even with the button switched off.

• Settings → General → Accessibility Widget now shows you how to preview the accessibility settings on any page — add ?a11y=contrast to the URL (also ?a11y=all, ?a11y=text-xl, or a combination). It affects that one page view and changes nothing for your visitors.
• The Accessibility Widget documentation now covers how to check a page and how to read the results.

• You can now preview the accessibility button's settings on any page by adding ?a11y=contrast to the URL — also ?a11y=all, ?a11y=text-xl, or a combination like ?a11y=contrast,links. It applies to that one page view only and never changes what your visitors see.
• High contrast now double-checks each colour it picks, so a correction can't land a fraction under the target it was aiming for.
• Fixed a Spanish translation that was showing an untranslated value.

• The update's own check that the cache was cleared no longer reports success when it wasn't. It compared only the stylesheet, so an update that changed just the site's JavaScript always looked fine, and a missing cache-clear on a cached site is now reported as a failure instead of being mistaken for "this site has no cache".

• Site search now shows results as you type again, everywhere on your site. The search box that opens from the header search icon (or Cmd+K / Ctrl+K) had stopped listing anything while you typed for visitors who weren't signed in — use the arrow keys to move through results and Enter to open one.

• The search icon in your site header now opens the search box for visitors. On most pages it was doing nothing at all — and because it kept working while you were signed in to the dashboard, the broken version was only ever visible to your visitors.

• Design > Components > Buttons: the color pickers now show the exact shades your site renders — the gray scale gets its half-steps (150, 250, 350…), and a Secondary color that follows your gray scale shows those grays instead of a lookalike ramp.

• Internal: retired the old git-based update method. Every site already installed updates the same way (download a verified package), so this removes an unused second path — nothing changes about how your site updates.

• Improved: the update progress card now reads its progress from a small status file instead of asking the site itself, so it keeps showing accurate progress while the update swaps files — and reloads on its own when the update finishes.

• Fixed: applying a CMS update no longer shows the admin an error popup part-way through. The update itself was always completing normally — the progress card checks in every few seconds, and those check-ins could fail harmlessly while files were being swapped.

• Content: an embedded record can now quote details from the record it is shown on.

• Location and business pages can now declare a specific schema.org type — Medical Clinic, Dentist, Real Estate Agent, Restaurant, Automotive Business, Home & Construction, Legal Service or Professional Service — instead of only the generic Local Business, so search engines get a more precise description of what your business is. Set it per content type under Content Types.

• FAQ accordions you wrote by hand can now describe themselves to search engines. Open any accordion in the page editor's design panel and switch on "FAQ markup for search engines" to make its questions eligible for FAQ rich results. It is off by default, because not every accordion is a set of FAQs — accordions added from the FAQ row designs have it on already.

• FAQ sections now describe themselves to search engines. Any FAQ accordion built from your FAQs content type — on a location page, a service page, anywhere — emits FAQPage structured data, making those questions eligible for FAQ rich results. It applies to pages you have already built, with nothing to re-add or re-insert.

• CMS updates are now much smaller to download. The bundled PHP libraries ship as their own separate file and are only fetched when they actually change, so a routine update pulls roughly 10 MB instead of 41 MB.
• Search engines now see the correct schema.org type for each of your content types. Previously anything without an explicit type was labelled a news article — an FAQ, a staff bio, a customer review and a job posting all claimed to be articles. Types that declare no schema now emit nothing at all, and the selectable catalogue grows from 6 to 13 (Blog Post, Service, Job Posting, Person, Review, Question and Creative Work join the existing ones). Check Content Types → Settings to pick the right type for each of yours.
• New "Detail - Two Column Centered" page layout: a large photo beside a compact, vertically centered intro — a companion to Detail - Two Column for shorter pages.

Previously it stored a one-off copy of the gray that could sit two shades away from the one shown on the card.

• Fixed a fault that left a brand-new installation's Home, About, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms and 404 pages unable to load. Sites that reached this version by updating were never affected.

• Fixed off-site backups sent to an agency-operated fleet server. The site was sending the wrong credential, so every backup upload was rejected — silently, while the destination showed as active. Backups now reach the fleet server as intended.

• Fixes the hero slider. Any slide using an image uploaded to your media library caused the row to error out, so pages built with it would not load. External image URLs were unaffected. If you avoided that row because it broke, it works now.
• Smart Search now uses the Meilisearch server you set up in Settings → Search. The address and master key saved there were previously only used when pushing synonyms — search and indexing always went to the default local address instead. If you run Smart Search against a hosted or remote server, re-check that page and rebuild the index.
• Content type field names are now checked when you save a type. Names containing quotes, backslashes or "->" are rejected, because those characters interfere with the queries that read the field. Existing field names are unaffected.

• Large uploads no longer depend on your host's PHP limits. Importing a theme, installing a website-specific feature, and adding a video to the Media Library now send the file in small pieces, so a big theme or a phone video that used to fail — often with no error at all — goes through. Videos have no practical size limit now, and their poster frame is created automatically.
• Backup snapshots are locked down. The database copy inside each snapshot was readable by other accounts on shared hosting; it is now readable only by your site.
• New setting: Advanced → Proxies. If your site sits behind Cloudflare or another CDN, you can now tell the CMS so from the dashboard. Without it, visitor IP addresses all look identical (so rate limits apply site-wide) and secure-connection detection can read as off. The page tells you when it detects a CDN it is not yet trusting.

• Your site now enforces a security policy on JavaScript: browsers will run only the scripts your site actually ships or that you added yourself, so a script slipped in through a form or a comment field cannot execute.
• Log files are also bounded and pruned automatically now, so they can no longer quietly fill your disk.

• Fixed an update failure: the database step of a CMS update now runs in a fresh process, so it can no longer fail on leftover code from the version it is replacing.

• Your website can now send email. The old default quietly wrote messages to a log file instead of delivering them, so password resets and form notifications never arrived and nothing ever reported an error. There is now a Settings → Email page where you choose how mail is sent and send yourself a test message, and Tools warns you if your site cannot deliver. If your site was in that silent state, it will start actually sending email after this update.
• Email addresses are now confirmed. New accounts verify their address before they can sign in, and every existing account was marked verified automatically, so nobody is locked out. Members see a confirmation page in your site's own design, and you can mark an address verified by hand from the Users page.
• Account hardening: the member sign-in form now asks for two-factor codes and applies the same brute-force protection as the dashboard.
• The payment return link after checkout is single-use and tied to the browser that started it.

• Faster photo loading. The background job that pre-sizes your images could stall on sites with large photo libraries, leaving visitors to wait while each image was resized on the fly. It now works in time-bounded batches and picks up where it left off, so images stay pre-sized and load instantly.
• Page builder: renaming an item inside a repeating row no longer breaks the row's data — previously a rename could leave the row showing nothing, and turning its repeat option off would silently do nothing.
• Duplicating a theme now copies its rows more precisely and no longer risks rewriting text inside your content while renaming the copy.

• Internal cleanup to how public pages are served: the page-source tidying added in the last release now happens in a single pass as a page is cached, instead of running twice. No visible change — pages look and behave exactly as before.
• Fixed the "Skip these pages" box on Settings → Caching so a single "/" line correctly skips the home page.

• Public pages now serve the same clean HTML source to everyone, including signed-in staff — previously only cached views were cleaned, so viewing source while logged in still showed the page framework's internal comment markers. • Faster image loading. Your site now pre-generates the resized WebP/AVIF versions of every page image in the background, instead of making the first visitor wait while they're created. Real estate listing photos are prepared the same way right after an import. Tools gains an Image Cache card showing how much space the generated images use, with a button to clear and rebuild them.
• Cleaner cached page source. Public pages no longer ship the hidden bookkeeping comments used by interactive components, so cached pages are smaller and quicker to download. Interactive parts of the page are untouched. Toggle it under Settings > Caching ("Clean page source").

• Fixed the media library's per-image Quality control so it also applies to AVIF images. Previously the override only affected the WebP versions, so on the modern browsers that receive AVIF the setting had no visible effect on the delivered image.
• Added the Optimization controls (Convert to WebP/AVIF and Quality) to videos that have a poster image, so you can now set the delivery quality of the poster frame — the image a background-video hero actually loads first.

• Real Estate: fixes a 500 error when saving an MLS feed after re-entering its credentials on a site whose encryption key changed (server move / DB restore). You can now open the feed, type the token, and Save successfully — the new credentials are stored under the current key and the feed reconnects.

• Real Estate: fixes a 500 error when editing an MLS feed whose saved credentials couldn't be read (which happens after a site is moved to a new server or its encryption key changes). The edit screen now opens normally and shows a notice asking you to re-enter the feed's credentials to reconnect it.
