Questions about plans, agency fleets, or an install?

Send the details through the form and the people who build WebProCMS reply to it themselves. One form covers sales and support, so you never have to guess which inbox to use. If it is about a running install, include the site URL and the version it is on.

Quick answers before you write

The questions we get most, answered in a sentence or two. Still stuck after these?

No. The WordPress installer plugin downloads the verified build and swaps folders without a key. A free webprocms.com account issues the key that activates saving and updates.
Log in and open My Account. Your license key is there with copy and regenerate actions, next to your subscription and the list of your installs.
Plan changes are self-serve and prorated from My Account, and billing runs through the Stripe customer portal. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime.
You need PHP 8.4, proc_open, about 512 MB of memory, and the ability to run php artisan. Any VPS-class host works and RunCloud is the tested reference. Budget shared hosting does not qualify. Not sure? Send us the host and plan name and we will tell you.
The install URL, the version it is running, your hosting provider, and what you expected to happen versus what did. Screenshots help. For a sales question, tell us how many sites you manage and whether you need Fleet management.
